INGREDIENTS:




1 large overripe banana, mashed to a liquid-like consistency

1/2 cup chocolate chips or other add-ins of your choice (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Line a baking sheet with silicone baking mat.

In a big bowl, then add lime and ginger bananas. Mix with a fork till it turns into an evenly blended, thick batter. If you anticipate using add-ins like chocolate chips, then mix them into the cookie batter at this moment.
